Jeanne Jeanlus, FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic and wellness treatments. With nearly two decades of nursing experience, she brings a strong foundation in safety, precision, and patient-centered care.

She founded VIM Wellness Family Health NP in 2024 to create a space where clients can feel comfortable, confident, and well cared for. Her services include Botox, dermal fillers, IV vitamin therapy, skin rejuvenation, and medical weight loss, with a focus on subtle, natural results.

She was so kind and flexible, even coming in later on a day with a huge snow storm just to help me get my IV fluids the day after Christmas. It’s been near 6 months and my husband said “your forehead is back” just last week. He hadn’t even NOTICED I had the Botox done because Jeanne did such a natural job. My mother in law ALSO hadn’t realized it until I told her. She saw me and said “you look happy”. I had to tell her it was Botox and that I wasn’t “glowing”.
